You are a company in the Danish industry that wants to optimize your processes through digitization. You are either in doubt about how to get started or you have already laid the foundation stones for your journey, but need a facilitator to reach the goal.
The soft values
In many cases, it can be difficult, as an internal project manager or engineer, to get the new digital processes started in your company - precisely because you are internal.
Culture, seniority and, not least, the relationship with colleagues can make it difficult to implement new workflows when new digital tools are to be used.
This is a good reason to use outside guidance that can help with consulting, project management and implementation. In many cases, it can be easier for the colleague to understand and follow changes if someone from outside helps facilitate them.
Impartial advice
You can either have a specific need here and now, or alternatively need a long-term collaboration that allows for immersion and understanding of your business on a higher level.
Digitization is an area where you as a company want constant focus and development, and it therefore makes sense to make a digital roadmap for the next 1-5 years, so that you as a company ensure that you do not fall behind your competitors.
As I, as one of the few in the industry, am not represented by a product, my advice is always from an objective and impartial perspective.
